Behind
the Design

It began in a New York cafe with an unfinished coffee and a longing for just a splash of cream. Enter the city's least subtle barista: a pigeon, dive bombing the table with it's own misguided "delivery." Wrong order, but

unforgettable service.

That absurd moment sparked a thought: what if the city's quirkiest character actually could deliver cream on your terms, not theirs? The Bird Creamer took flight as both humor and an homage: a pigeon recast as something elegant, useful and surprisingly delightful.

After years of designing successful products for other people’s kitchens, tables, and daily rituals, this one finally landed closer to home. Thoughtfully designed and domestically made with the same care and restraint, not for a client, but for the simple pleasure of making something personal.

More than a kitchen tool, it's a conversation starter. Passed around a table, it nudges us to pause, laugh and notice the people sitting across from us. It transforms the everyday mess of city life into an object that celebrates resilience, humor and craft.

Because design isn't only about solving problems, it's about finding joy in the near misses, the almosts and splats that make life memorable.
