We use protective, purpose-built packaging and ship all orders promptly once they’ve passed final inspection. ​ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the care required to transport ceramic objects securely. Every Pour Luck creamer is individually inspected before shipping and leaves our studio free of defects. ​ Because these pieces are made in small batches and finished by hand, all sales are final. If your creamer arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
