What is your shipping policy?
Each Pour Luck ceramic bird creamer is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.
We use protective, purpose-built packaging and ship all orders promptly once they’ve passed final inspection.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the care required to transport ceramic objects securely. If you have questions about shipping timelines or delivery, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
What is your return policy?
Every Pour Luck creamer is individually inspected before shipping and leaves our studio free of defects.
Because these pieces are made in small batches and finished by hand, all sales are final.
If your creamer arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Please note:
• Natural variations in glaze, color, or form are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases
• Damage that occurs after delivery or through use cannot be refunded
